Space and ambiance: There are 2 approaches in development strategies of today's hotel facility management. Many hotel companies have developed extremely detailed space programs. For example, the lobby program may list public seating, house functions, public phones, and so forth. Hyatt Hotels, on the other hand, although it provides a moderately detailed list of most functional areas and their space requirements, simply states that the lobby should be a 'function of the architectural design'. As you can see, we are ready to work with both approaches. |
