Final proposal: The proposal introduces a large entertainment venue at the end of 2nd Street; a Jazz club on the cross off 2nd street and Jackson street; a historic movie theater and a 4-screen movie theater along 2nd street; and the big 'mixed-use' area with restaurants/retail/office building on the left. Local flavor can be introduced and enhanced with additional restaurants to serve visitors and residents. |
