Final proposal: Main pedestrian way, paralleling 2nd Street, leads from Jackson Street through the Jazz Club open-air stage and the Shopping Complex to the Hotel Grand Entrance. This is a main venue for outdoor activity. Outdoor retail stores of various types will support this function. The second pedestrian zone is a small plaza formed by the Hotel and Shopping Center. The dance floor wing closes the plaza on its Eastern side. |
