Early ideas: Maggie L. Walker road is converted into a small mostly pedestrian plaza. The hotel drive is from the 2nd Street. The alley adjacent to Jackson Street is turned to pedestrian axis that leads through the separated volume of the Shopping Center to the plaza. The service road forms the perimeter split by the pedestrian zone. Parking are supposed to be located on underground. levels. |
