Planning concept: Block A will be the 'Bill "Bojangles" Robinson Memorial Auditorium'. It will be configured as an intimate jazz club environment. The auditorium will be configured as a community entertainment and performing art center (600-700 seats). It will be 'multiple use' for the Community, and flexibility will be incorporated into the design so that multiple configurations will be possible. One level of underground parking will be included for staff and guests (30 spaces). Block A construction is approximately 38,850 square feet total, not including parking. |
