Planning concept: Block C will be comprised of a "Boutique Style" Hotel of 72 rooms. Twenty-four more rooms may be added to this design, but to do so will be at the expense of planning flexibility and the spatial nature of the building. It will include 250 seats in each of the restaurant, and banqueting halls, with an additional 4400 square feet of meeting rooms. There will be a 2-level underground parking garage (110 spaces) dedicated to Hotel and Public parking. Block C construction is approximately 110,000 square feet total, not including parking. |
