Planning concept:

Block D will contain two buildings. The main reason for this is to accommodate a possible pedestrian connection to 1st Street.

Also included on the first floor is a 4-screen movie theater.

There will be a 2-level underground parking garage (110 spaces) dedicated to Public parking.

Block D construction is approximately 68,600 square feet total, not including parking.
