Planning concept: Block E is planned to be local commercial and residential. Buildings first floors will be composed of retail stores focused toward local needs in the adjacent Phase II residential area. Second and third floors will contain five town homes traditional for local urban fabric. Off-street parking is possible for these units. Some off-street parking will be provided for the retail section. Block E construction is approximately 20,580 square feet total, not including parking. |
